W7UQ runs a net for members to become more proficient and comfortable with radio procedure. This usually takes place on the 146.700 repeater. Please see the local nets page for more information on net times.
The purpose of this page is to record net attendance, especially among W7UQ club members, so a record can be maintained. The net operator for the week should strive to upload this information in a timely manner. To help, a Net Template is available for use in creating the pages below.

W7UQ Net Script:
QST QST QST, Good evening and welcome to the University of Idaho amateur radio club net. This net meets every Tuesday at 6:10 local time on a repeater frequency of 146.700 MHz with a minus offset. Our club meeting is scheduled for the 1st Thursday of the month. For these dates please reference our web page of http://w7uq.wikidot.com.
This is club station W7UQ operator (Name) (your station id). I will be your net control station for this evening.
This net is to provide a means for W7UQ club members to become proficient in VHF operating, net communications, traffic handling, and general amateur radio projects and procedures.
We will start this evening with a call for check ins from our club presidency and advisors. Followed by club member and visitor check-ins. Any station that has emergency or priority traffic please break in at any time, and relays are always welcome.
This is a directed net and as you check in please indicate if you have announcements, traffic or contacts to list.
