• Heater leak to be fixed over winter break

Shack Stuff

• Joe Overstreet donated lots of stuff.
  • It hasn't been inventoried yet, needs to be before use
  • There isn't much Ham radio stuff, but lots of electronics and CB parts
    • Unless we want to convert CB rigs to 10m use, no point in keeping them
  • If anyone has time, let's start an inventory of it all
• Membership & Recruiting
  • We've reached a low point in membership turn out…how to improve involvement?
    • Talk to EE100 level classes or intro calc physics classes and give quick presentation
    • More fliers (they've been made, but never posted)
  • What ever happened to doing more electronics projects?
  • Club Events - Field Day?
    • Let's try it & go camping

• ARRL 10m competition
  • Band hasn't opened recently, probably a no go.
